Sphinx Industrial Supplies Ltd is family run business established in 1989 by our sister company Sphinx Welding Repairs & Supplies. Initially serving Coventry & Warwickshire with welding machine breakdown and repairs, it then spurred us on to supply the consumables that go with it. Sphinx Industrial Supplies was officially opened in 2005, mainly concerntrating on welding consumables and machines. Fastforward 13 years later and our range has expanded dramatically, and we now offer products from fixings, hand tools, power tools, workshop machinery and welding plants.

The Team

Within the company we have a dedicated team who have many years of experience who want to make your purchasing either online or over the phone an easy one. Our knowledgeable staff are only ever a phone call or email away if you ever need a hand picking the right product for the job. We also have two welding technicians who are experts in their field on welding machine breakdowns, servicing & callibrating. Repair, Service & Calibration

Service and repair work is what we are known best for here at Sphinx, with two dedicated engineers on hand 5 days a week, we can either make on site visits to suit you, or you can drop it down to our repair shop for further inspection. Our engineers are able to offer sound advice when things get tricky. We are also one of the very few Official Service Agents for Lincoln Electric within the UK, this means we handle most warranty jobs and our customers also recieve complete support when buying anything from the Lincoln Electric range.

Piher UK

Piher UK is the UK based arm of Spanish clamping tool manufacturer Piher Clamping Tools (Industrias Piqueras S.A) – It was in 2010 that Sphinx acquired the exclusive agency agreement to promote and distribute the Piher range of products throughout the UK & Ireland. With an ever growing network of distrubutors accross the country we are able to respond to our customers in a quick and efficent manner. Predominantly you will find the Piher range of products stocked the length and breadth of the UK. Trade Counter
