Merchant Steel Solutions Ltd is the combination of more than 50 years’ experience working within the engineering, construction, and merchant industry.

Founded in 2020, the core of our business started with supplying steel sections, as well as welding and fabrication of steel frame structures and builders’ beams, as well as bespoke projects.

In 2022 we obtained our UKCA accreditation (EN 1090-2) to execution class 3. Offering a stamp of quality over our traceability, fabrication, and quality control procedures.

In 2023, our business expanded from our first fabrication site, and we have opened our dedicated trade counter to meet the needs of Huntingdon and surrounding areas for ‘off the shelf’ steel stock, fixings, engineering supplies, PPE, and tools. At our new site, we also offer welding, shearing, profile cutting and assembly services.
